Shipping is only valid inside Canada.


You will receive an email with your tracking number only when we prepare the order. We do business with PUROLATOR mostly but you can choose to pick any of these shipping companies, DICOM, UPS, Canpar and FedEX.


Our packages are normally picked up by the carrier the same day between 8am and 11am from Monday to Wednesday. If you order outside these hours/days, we cannot guarantee the time that your package will arrive. With this said, we do sometimes drive our deliveries directly to the carrier to respect the delivery time, if the order was made outside these hours.


IMPORTANT! You are responsible to make sure that your shipping address is valid and correct. If your address is not correct, you will have a surcharge between 15$ and 20$.

RMA authorization number 30 days after you have received the shipment


All returns need to have an RMA number attached to them and this needs to be visible either inside or outside the shipping box. Please contact us directly for instructions at info@helveticaauto.ca


Return shipping fees


Fees applicable to our clients

Returns, exchanges and reimbursement are made on our website. Our clients are responsible for shipping fees. We are a small company and our clients are really important to us. In no case you will be charge a restocking fee for your returns but only if something was special ordered for your car. In that case, we will need to charge your a 50% fee on the order.

Of course, if we made a mistake with your order, you will not be penalized for that.
